- What does it cost to sign up? ^
Membership is FREE. You can sign up looking to FIND A ROOM FOR RENT, to FIND A ROOMMATE FOR AN EMPTY ROOM or TO CONNECT WITH OTHER STUDENTS LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE.
- How do I get started? ^
Simply click the sign up link on the roommates page, then follow the instructions.

- Where do I login if I am already a member? ^
You can either sign in on the home page, or login on the roommates page.

- Is my personal information kept private? ^
YES, only your nickname is displayed to other users. For security reasons, your email address will never be given out, it is used soley for UARentals to communicate with our users. Additionally, UARentals will NEVER disclose personal information to outside parties.
- I forgot my password, what do I do? ^
Click on forgot password below the login menu, or click here . You will be asked for your nickname and an email will be sent to your email address on file.
- How long will my roommate listing remain active? ^
Your listing will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity. If it is deactivated, the next time you login, you will be prompted to reactivate it if neccessary. If you continue to use the service, your listing can remain active for as long as you need.
- I found a roommate, what should I do now? ^
If you are no longer in need of the Roommmate Finder service, please deactivate your profile. You can do this by and choosing profile. Here you will see an option to deactive your profile.
- How do I edit my information? ^
To edit your profile and other information, such as picture or contact information, and click 'My Profile'. From there you can choose what information you would like to update.
- I do not like the other members that are in my group, can I change them? ^
Your grouping was based off of the information you input into MatchFast. You may change this information by editing your profile, or you may just search roommates under your own criteria. To do this and choose 'Search Roommates'.
- How do I communicate with my potential matches? ^
You can communicate via our internal messaging service so that you do not need to give out personal information. Only share personal information when you feel comfortable with your potential match.
- What is the Message Center? ^
The Message Center is where you can communicate with other members.
- How do I send a message to a potential match? ^
To send a message to another member click 'Contact' next to their profile. You can also do this by Clicking 'Message Center' and entering their nickname.
