  1. What forms of payment does UARentals.com accept? ^

    Currently we accept payment from Visa and Mastercard. In the near future, we hope to offer American Express and Discover.


  2. Can I set up my advertisement and pay at a later time? ^

    No, you must pay to activate the advertisement, however, you can then make changes to it at any time.


  3. How long will my listing be posted? ^

    Each listing last for 30 days and automatically renews.


  4. How do I cancel my advertisement? ^

    To cancel your advertisement, Log In at any time to you account and choose delete from 'My Properties'.


  5. How will the charge on my credit card statement be entitled? ^

    Your credit card will reflect a charge under the name UARentals.com


  6. How can I check the purchases I have made on UARentals.com? ^

    To do this you will need to Log In and choose 'Billing Info'.
    Select the time line that you want to check and click 'Generate' report.


  7. Do you offer discounts for multiple properties or annual subscriptions? ^

    Yes, we offer discounts for multiple listings and for long term subscriptions. Please contact Sales@UARentals.com and we can discuss package deals.
