Collection of Personal Information:

When visiting UARentals, some personal information may be collected from users.  UARentals only collects personal information that customers give us on a voluntary basis.  Information about users is collected only when a user inputs that information about themselves into a web form and submits that form.  User information may be stored in a database to be referenced at a later point.

Use of Personal Information:

When setting up an account on UARentals, users are prompted for and give some personal information.  This is for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a user account as well as for billing purposes.  Personal information (such as Name, Phone number, email address, credit card information, username, or password) IS NEVER sold or given to third parties.  However, phone numbers, email addresses or street addresses of property listeners may be posted as a function of the service.

UARentals does not endorse spam or any type of unwanted email.  We will never give out email addresses to be used for sending promotions or any other type of unwanted email.  Email communications from us will be business related only and as a function of our service.  In the same way, UARentals does not support telemarketing and will not use the phone numbers provided for telemarketing purposes. 

Security of Personal Information:

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. 

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. 

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Use of Cookies:

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide various personalized features.

The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.

Other Types of Information:

UARentals may collect and use other, non-personal types of information for demographic tracking and other purposes. This information includes the location of properties and the listed rental prices of these properties. This information is designed to be purely demographic in nature, but if you have any concerns in regard to the collection of this data, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We track user traffic patterns throughout our site to see which pages are most important to our visitors and our subscribers. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. We analyze usage statistical data according to a users domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string. We do not share this information with anyone. We analyze usage data to aid in the modification of our site to be more responsive to each visitor's wishes. The information we obtain remains proprietary property of UARentals and it is NOT shared with anyone.

Children:

Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us. If Subscriber is a minor, Subscriber can use this service only in conjunction with Subscribers parents or guardians.
