  1. Why should I use UARentals.com to advertise my property. ^

    UARentals offers the most comprehensive advertising opportunity for your property. Focused solely on the Students, Faculty, and Employees of the University of Arizona.


  2. What does it cost to use UARentals? ^

    There is no cost to browse available rentals.
    To list a house or apartment there are several listing plan to choose from.

  3. How do I list my property with UARentals.com? ^

    It's quick and easy. To list a property you need to create a user account. To start this process Click here. Follow the comprehensive instructions along the way.


  4. How do I list more than one property? ^

    After establishing your user account, Log In.
    Choose 'Add House' or 'Add Apartment Complex' from the menu.
    Complete the informations to list your property and repeat for multiple listings.


  5. I uploaded images but my property shows 'No Image' when I preview my listing. ^

    You may not have set a 'Main Image' when you uploaded your images. To do this Log In to your account and edit your property. Choose the images tab, and check the box next to the image that you want as you 'Main Image' for your property.


  6. What image file types are accepted? ^

    The pictures you upload of your property need to be .gif, .png or .jpg format.
    File size may not exceed 256kb.


  7. My pictures are larger than 256kb, what can I do to decrease the file size? ^

    Open your picture in any image editor, and decrease the dimensions.
    Depending on the program, you will need to choose 'file size', stretch/skew, ect.


  8. I went through the listing process, but I cannot see my property listed online. ^

    You may need to check and see if you clicked 'list now' from the listing menu.
    To verify this, Log In and choose 'view my properties.'


  9. Can I update my listing after I have posted it? ^

    YES, all postings are updatable 24/7.
    Just Log In and click 'My Properties'
    Then choose 'edit' next to the property you would like to update


  10. How do I know if my advertisement posted? ^

    You will see a completed page after you have gone through all the necessary steps. You will also be emailed a verification letter with a link to your posting.


  11. My property is no longer available, how do I remove the listing and get a refund? ^

    Refunds are not available, advertisements are purchased in 30 day periods. To remove your listing Log In, click 'My Properties', and click delete next to the property that you want to remove.


  12. What if I have a questions concerning billing, listing, or any other question? ^

  13. Can I change the photograph on my advertisement? ^

    YES, all information about your property can be updated at anytime. This includes: contact information, descriptions, features, amenities, photos, web links, floorplans, and any other feature that is permitted with your package.
